We have now chartered with IYC several times and can only give our recommendation. The processes with contracts etc. run uncomplicated and smoothly. There is an all-round carefree package. Transfer is organized at fair prices, great contacts on site and you often see quick boat handovers. If something is missing during handover, it is taken care of immediately. It’s never a problem to call when you’re on the go. So far we have had older boats, from 7 years old and up, but they are basically fine. Of course, sometimes a door handle is stuck, a cupboard doesn’t close… but that’s because the preliminary crews simply don’t say that. When you return, you will refuel at the jetty and moor in the same order as you arrive.
Contact with the boss Thomas in Germany, Maria in Greece or no matter who from the team is always quick, smooth and very competent and nice! We have chartered again for next year and are already looking forward to it!!!

Our experience with Ionian yacht charter is very good! From the first contact to the return to port everything went smoothly and professionally. You can tell straight away that this is a well-run family business. The yacht was in first class condition, clean and excellently equipped. The IYC team was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful in every way. We had caused a little damage (scratches) to the rear, and even this small, self-inflicted damage was treated courteously.

Discovered and successfully tried out at the Düsseldorf trade fair. We chartered the almost 50-foot Jeanneau “Sirius” and sailed for two weeks in the Ionian islands. Acceptable price, professional pick-up and drop-off, great ship. Anytime gladly again. The basis is the also highly recommended “D-Marina” Lefkas, which was also rated (see there).
