Experience since 1979
As a German-Greek family business with decades of experience, the IYC offers you the best equipment and professional support.
You can expect Greek hospitality and German thoroughness as well as the willingness and time to respond to the wishes of the charter guest. Reliability and the best expertise in the maintenance and care of the ships are a matter of course for us.
The evaluation of a survey by the magazine Yacht No.7/2003 also showed this reliability in a comparison of renowned charter bases. All of the customers surveyed would charter with us again, and not a single guest complained about serious defects. See the full comparison table here * .
Base manager Maria Ramisch, whose mother is from Lefkas and whose father is German, speaks German, Greek and English. She has been there for many years, knows the most beautiful bays, the best restaurants and, as a local, helps with important tips. On the outskirts of Lefkada, the architect has built three extraordinarily beautiful holiday homes that are recommended for a holiday extension on land: www.ionian-dream-villas.com .
Thomas Ramisch, Maria’s brother and representative in Germany, is at your disposal for questions and information about the booking.

The officially approved charter contracts are already available when the charter guest arrives. Greece’s full membership of the EU means that the procedure for clearing in and out of Greek ports is no longer necessary.
All charter ships sail under the Greek flag – as required by law – and are equipped according to the strict requirements of the Greek Maritime Law No. 438.
